Payment & partial cash on delivery

You can pay the full amount online (UPI, cards, net-banking, EMI) or choose partial cash on delivery: a small advance is paid online when ordering and the balance is paid in cash or UPI when the product is delivered. The exact advance is shown on the product page and at checkout. An order is confirmed only after the online payment succeeds. If the balance is not paid at delivery, the order may be cancelled and the advance adjusted against return shipping costs.

Shipping & installation

Delivery and installation are free across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on location. You will receive the courier and tracking number once dispatched.

Returns & replacement

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement after inspection. Used products, products without original packaging and clearance items cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us. We may cancel an order if the address is incomplete, the location is not serviceable, the product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or the order looks fraudulent; any amount paid is refunded in such cases.

Warranty

Warranty period is mentioned on each product page. Massage chairs and massage beds get on-site service; smaller products are repaired at our service centre with shipping both ways covered during warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, rodent damage and use on unstable voltage without a stabiliser are not covered. After warranty, service and spare parts are chargeable.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone, email and address only to process orders, deliver products, provide service and, if you agree, share offers. Payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways; we never see or store your card details. We use cookies and analytics tools to understand site usage and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data. To update or delete your data, email us.
